Digital Dispenser for Metering Valves TAD-200V - Ban Seok

The digital dispenser TAD-200V is designed to control pneumatic dispensing valves (except for aerosol valves). This dispenser provides quick opening and closing of the valve, which provides an increased accuracy and repeatability of the dispensing process at the level of 3%, which significantly improves the quality of dispensing materials compared to dispensing from syringes and cartridges, the dispensing accuracy of which is 20%.

The TAD-200V digital dispenser is equipped with a 4-digit 7-segment LED dispensing time indicator. This dispenser has 3 operating modes:

1) Manual - the dosing duration is determined by the operator (or the dosing robot), while the indicator displays the dosing time for each dose.

2) Timed - dosing duration is determined by the preset dosing time.

3) Cyclic - is a sequence of doses, the duration of which is limited by the preset value of the timer, and the intervals between doses (pauses). The duration of the pause is set by an analog regulator, which is also equipped with a switch to enable and disable the ability to set a pause.

These properties allow the TAD-200V dispenser to be used as a stand-alone semi-automated dispensing system for materials such as: solder paste, flux gel, lubricants, adhesives, heat-conducting materials, resins, oils, compounds and other viscous materials.
