Digital pneumatic dispenser TAD-200S - Ban Seok

The Ban Seok TAD-200S digital dispenser is equipped with a 4-digit 7-segment LED dispensing time indicator. This dispenser has 3 operating modes:
1) Manual - the dosing duration is determined by the operator (or the dosing robot), while the indicator displays the dosing time for each dose.
2) Timed - dosing duration is determined by the preset dosing time.
3) Cyclic - is a sequence of doses, the duration of which is limited by the preset value of the timer, and the intervals between doses (pauses). The duration of the pause is set by an analog regulator, which is also equipped with a switch for turning on and off the ability to set a pause
These properties allow the TAD-200S dispenser to be used as a stand-alone semi-automated system for dispensing materials such as: solder paste, flux gel, lubricants, adhesives, heat-conducting materials, resins, oils, compounds and other viscous materials.
