 Product description
ZINC Bright Spray is a zinc rich cold galvanizing compound designed to protect against corrosion and rust. Forms a strong and elastic film that bonds to any base metal. The film contains 99.5% pure zinc pigments and is electrochemically bonded to pure metal. The coating provides active protection with galvanic anodes and stops the formation of rust even when scratched and abraded. The coating dries quickly, has excellent adhesion and forms a gray layer. ZINC Bright complies with DIN 50976 and Mil. Specs.

Application

Particularly suitable for corrosion protection of structural steel, steel structure buildings, steel roofs, windows and doors, zinc coatings, welds and spot welds, home and garden equipment, air conditioners, cooling towers and agricultural equipment.

NOTE
Maximum protection with galvanic anodes is only guaranteed when sprayed onto a clean and dry surface. Remove loose corrosion products and residues of old coatings with a wire brush.
Degrease and remove dirt with ECS ELECTRO-CLEANER. Before application, the composition must be thoroughly mixed: shake the balloon for 2 minutes so that the balls inside can move freely. Spray on the entire surface of the parts to be treated at a distance of about 30 cm, otherwise the applied layer will spread. The spray nozzle has a self-cleaning action. If it does become clogged, clean it with a solvent.
